The goal of GILS is to make it easy for people to find information of all kinds, in all media, in all languages, and over time. The chosen strategy is to adopt and help evolve international standards for information searching.

It is open to the public view, and it contains no private or classified information, but nothing of particular interest for non-ODP Editors.
The subcategories structure, site titles and descriptions, as well as their position in subcategories, don't necessarily follow ODP ontology and rules. Actually, it's a working area where I perform tests, study new structures, park interesting sites or links for my personal editorial activity.

Eugenics is the science which focuses its attention on producing better human beings through selective breeding and conscious evolution. It was coined by the eminent British scientist and scholar Sir Francis Galton (1822-1911). Eugenics is also a philosophy which purports that by applying science and guidance to human reproduction a more noble human race and a higher civilization can be produced.
