Holding tank for useless/dead categories where I don't want to lose their edit logs just yet. I will catmv the emptied categories here to use elsewhere later if it applies, thus preserving the editing logs for these categories.

Here is a home for @links to various State Categories with Zero listed sites. This is meant for quick access to those localities in hopes of finding some quality sites for as many zero site localities as possible. The Top sort priority @links are for those localities still sitting at zero, the middle sort (added later) will house the zero localities that have been researched and nothing has turned up as of yet, while the Bottom sort priority links will be to those where sites have been added bring their total above zero.
There is no numerical goal for this project. I am just trying to locate sites for small towns that at this point list zero. Anyone wishing to participate is welcome and appreciated. See the Category FAQ for more information.
